A management system is a set of policies, processes and procedures(step by step) used by an organization to ensure that it can fulfill the tasks required to achieve its objectives and it cover many aspect of an organization(Wikipedia).

A management system is a key tool in helping to streamline your business processes and build-in efficiency. Implementation of the appropriate management system and certifying to the appropriate standard to your business improves business performance and embeds safe and sustainable practices into your operations.

management system identifies, understands and manages interrelated or interacting processes and activities to establish the organizations’ objectives accordingly to stakeholders’, legal, regulatory and standard requirements and to achieve those objectives sustainable. It consists of a corporate policy, objectives, planning activities, responsibilities, organizational structure, policies, practices, procedures, processes and resources. Due to external and internal changes it must be continually adjusted and improved.

From the three (3) definition above, you will deduce that they are saying the same thing but differs in the broadening (explanation). It is necessary for any organization most especially school in order to ease Administrative and management workforce so as to focus more on impacting the student.

There are 3 major features that has always cause issues in an organization most especially schools that are under the care of a principal or an Admin, features such as:

  2. Admission process
  3. Record keeping and it availability at any given period of time.

These 3 features are what causes issues and has been properly programmed in this management software for effectiveness.
