Effective teachers have a positive impact on their students and use their expertise to improve learning. These good outcomes are often those that can be measured easily, usually through summative assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective teaching brings about <em>valuable interactions with students that bring them guidance<\/em> on how to go about their studies, identifying their and knowing fully well that they need help to keep learning. The lesson note will serve as a guide on how the lesson will be delivered from <em>methodology, use of appropriate materials for teaching and then putting in place testable areas of a topic <\/em>so as to put the student in check.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teaching Methodology:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00a0<em>teaching method<\/em>\u00a0is a set of principles and methods used by teachers to enable student learning. These strategies are determined partly by subject matter which must be resourceful, creative, original, explainable simple without ambiguity of words and there must be a link between the past and the present topic.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Classroom Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>is\u00a0the process teachers use to ensure that classroom lessons run smoothly without disruptive behavior from students compromising the delivery of instruction.<br>In the classroom, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learners must be given equal opportunity in participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learners should be praised regularly for their participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They must all be fully engaged and progressive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessing Leaner&#8217;s work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> Teachers must ensure checking learners&#8217; work(notebook, workbook, and assignment) regularly and accurately. Classroom projects should be given and well monitored. Mistakes and poor participation should be well handled.<br>Time Management:- Teachers should ensure that the time set for teaching should be well managed without any form of distraction either by other teachers or themselves(phone calls).
